Payment Policy

Spellbound School of Esthetics does not currently offer any type of funding or financial aid. Payment must be paid in full within 7 days of beginning the program. Spellbound School of Esthetics does accept private loans and will assist with how to apply for private loans through a financial institute.  

Cancellation Policy: If the student is either denied by Spellbound School of Esthetics or decides they no longer want to attend Spellbound School of Esthetics, the student will receive a 100% refund on all monies paid, except the application and admin fee as long as it’s within 3 days of signing the contract.  

The student must provide a written notice of cancellation within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of executing the school agreement. If the student cancels the school agreement after 3 days of signing the agreement, but before starting their training program, the student will be entitled to a 100% refund of all monies paid except the application fee and the admin fee.  

No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the School shall provide the 100% refund.
